Maesa will be accepting applications for the 2025/26 Maesa Magic Incubator program beginning June 25. This hands-on program is designed to give diverse beauty and wellness founders funding, mentorship, and more to thrive in the beauty market.

In its third year, the incubator supports early-stage entrepreneurs from historically underrepresented communities, including women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, differently abled individuals, seniors above 65, and those from low-income households.

The program offers no-strings-attached capital, mentorship, and real access to industry decision-makers.

Early-stage beauty/wellness brands (<$1M in sales) led by founders from underrepresented communities are encouraged to apply online from June 25 to August 6.

Accepted founders will receive $35,000 grant funding, tailored learning, and access to in-person industry events.

Maesa’s mentorship includes hands-on support to resolve real-life business challenges and custom learning tracks focused on specialized (Major) and complementary (Minor) areas of business

Entrepreneurs can also partake in fireside chats with successful beauty and wellness company founders from the Advisory Board.

Maesa will cover admissions to Emerson University, the “Future of Commerce and Work” program, located on-site at the Harvard Faculty Club in October as well as Cosmoprof North America Miami in January 2026.
